This is a quick and easy snack to make.
1 package hot sausage. I used Wrights Sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 eight count roll crescent rolls
Drain and cool sausage. Mix softened cream chees and sausage together and let set at room temp for about 30 minutes. Using one can at a time, roll out crescent dough so it is a solid sheet making sure to seal all the perforations. Spead half cream cheese mixture over dough. Roll into a log and put in fridge. Repeat with next can of dough. Remove first roll and cut into. 1/2 inch rounds. Bake 14-16 minutes. I keep the remaining dough in the fridge because it's easier to cut. Yummy
